Michael A. Patterson recently presented at seminar for the Louisiana Department of Justice

On Monday October 5,2026 Mike Patterson, along with his teaching partner, Ed Walters conducted a seminar for all the attorneys in the Attorney General’s office on how to lay proper foundations for the introduction of evidence, how to impeach and proffer. The program
consisted of a series of problems and a selected attorney was asked to perform the introduction of evidence while another attorney was assigned to oppose the introduction.
