Mark Barbre was one of a select number of attorneys invited to attend the United States Fifth Circuit Judicial Conference this past May.  The conference included circuit, district, magistrate, and bankruptcy judges of the Fifth Circuit (TX, LA, and MS), in active service, for the purpose of considering the business of the courts and advising means of improving the administration of justice within the circuit.
