Long Law Firm proudly sponsored the Baton Rouge Bar Foundation’s 2025 Gavel Gala.  Proceeds from this event support the programs offered by the Baton Rouge Bar Association.  At the gala, Long Law Firm attorney Michael W. McKay was honored as the recipient of the Gregorie Gavel Award for his extensive support of the Baton Rouge Bar Association and Foundation.  Mike is a former President of the Baton Rouge Bar Association, a past president of the Louisiana State Bar Association, and a former member of the executive council of the National Conference of Bar Presidents.  At the award presentation, Mike was described as “a lawyer’s lawyer”.  LLF congratulates Mike on receiving this prestigious award in recognition of his distinguished career and tireless support of the legal profession in Baton Rouge and beyond.
