Christen received her J.D. from the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2022 where she was a recipient of the Paul M. Hebert Scholar Award and the Dean’s Scholar Award. She also served as ABA Representative for the LSU Student Bar Association. Prior to law school, Christen worked for the Louisiana State Senate for four years.
Christen grew up in Central, Louisiana and was homeschooled.
