David is the founder of the firm’s banking and utility practice groups. He obtained one of the largest jury verdicts in a commercial case in the 19th Judicial District Court’s history. David also serves as special counsel to the Louisiana Utilities Restoration Corporation and as litigation counsel to the Louisiana Housing Corporation. He is a member of the American Arbitration Association, serving on the large, complex, commercial, construction and mediation panels. David is a frequent speaker on the subjects of arbitration and transactional and regulatory litigation and has given numerous lectures at the Louisiana Association for Justice (formerly known as the Louisiana Trial Lawyers Association).
