Sharon Whitlow’s practice areas include estate planning and successions, business structure and transactions, energy and utilities, construction and commercial litigation.  A native of Baton Rouge, Mrs. Whitlow graduated summa cum laude from Southeastern Louisiana University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Education.  She earned a Juris Doctor from Louisiana State University in 1992 and was admitted to the Louisiana State Bar in 1992.  After several years as an associate with the Baton Rouge firm of Kelly & Guerry, Mrs. Whitlow engaged in a limited solo practice in order to devote more time to her three children.  In 2009, Mrs. Whitlow joined Long Law Firm and is “of counsel” with the firm.
