A founding partner of the firm, Mr. Patterson is the senior litigation partner with over 30 years trial experience. His practice is concentrated in the areas of business litigation, professional liabilty, construction, and employment discrimination. Mr. Patterson is an active arbitrator and mediator and frequently serves as settlement counsel on behalf of companies seeking early, effective dispute resolution.He has been a long time member of the adjunct faculty of the LSU Law Center teaching advanced trial techniques and evidence. Mr. Patterson served as a Judge Pro tempore on the Louisiana First Circuit Court of Appeal in 2002. Mr. Patterson is an active participant in bar activities on the local and state level. He is the recipient of numerous awards. Mr. Patterson is a frequent speaker on subjects of trial practice and evidence.
