Mr. Barbre is an associate and joined the firm in 2008. A native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, he graduated from Louisiana State University, cum laude, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education in 1999.  After teaching at a local high school, Mr. Barbre received his Masters in Business Administration (2005) and his Juris Doctorate and Bachelor of Civil Law (2006) from Louisiana State University.  Mr. Barbre was admitted to the Louisiana State Bar in 2006.  After clerking at Long Law Firm for two years, Mr. Barbre re-joined the firm after having practiced at a large defense firm in Lafayette, Louisiana. While in Lafayette, Mr. Barbre served on the Editorial Board of the Lafayette Bar Association’s bi-monthly publication, The Promulgator.  Mr. Barbre is a member of the local and state bar associations as well as the Federal Bar Association
