Mr. Clark has over 25 years of experience in various types of litigation.  His experience includes complex commercial cases involving insurance, healthcare and other business disputes, as well as director and officer liability and other professional liability claims.  Mr. Clark also has substantial experience in dealing with the Department of Insurance, Louisiana Housing Finance Agency, and other administrative agencies, including various regulatory, administrative and other governmental issues.  Such includes applications to the Department of Insurance for authority to conduct business in Louisiana, and representation in administrative disputes under state agency rules and regulations.
